Head Orgasms – The ASMR Life
Ever since I was a small Girl I can remember feels a certain sensation in My head when certain activities occurred that triggered it. This could be something as simple as a particular persons voice, a sound, being read to. Just recently I discovered this “sensation” is actually a thing! It’s called ASMR – Autonomous Sensory Meridian response, a.k.a “Head Orgasms”
My description would be an intensely relaxing, fuzzy tingling sensation that starts in My scalp / head and sometimes spreads down My neck and into My shoulders / arms.
I remember that when it would occur I would try and hold onto it, remain in that state for as long as possible. Whenever I would try to explain to someone else the sensation they would look at Me as if I had mental issues!
The internet’s description of this condition:
“ASMR signifies the subjective experience of “low-grade euphoria” characterised by “a combination of positive feelings and a distinct static-like tingling sensation on the skin”. It is most commonly triggered by specific acoustic, visual and digital media stimuli”
Since discovering that I’m not alone with this uncontrollable, grossly satisfying sensation I’ve been noting the triggers. Ironically most occasions centre around service to Me type activities, like the deep sense of satisfaction and relaxation I have with being served in different and sometime unusual ways. Some examples:
Boot worship – My foot fully encases in the boot footwear so it’s not as if I’m receiving direct skin contact to find that the relaxing part of the worship. It’s worth noting particularly when the sub / slave ENJOY giving Me the worship and give it their every effort.
Having My car washed – Watching numerous meticulously and efficiently gliding round My Mercedes
During My hair appointment – The beautician making My hair beautiful and running their fingers through My hair
And the feeling is one I’m unable to achieve any other way in the past not from orgasm, drugs, drink or massage. It kind of feels a little like the tail end of an orgasm, the fuzz the intensely satisfied feeling, but instead of lasting just a few seconds it can last minutes, over an hour! I’m certainly enjoying discovering more and more triggers and riding the sensation, harnessing it and truly relaxing into the enjoyment of it. You’ll often hear Me speak aloud about it to others now too if you happen to be around when I experience the sensation, it’s delightful to know I’m not the only one and it isn’t something wrong with Me.
I was reading up on the condition and researching about it’s history. Whilst there has been little scientific research conducted on the ASMR, the existing anecdotal evidence convinces some that there is a common underlying condition. Many people link ASMR to spirituality and related practices, in a similar way that many people include meditation in their practice of spirituality. It is important to note that there is scientific evidence of the positive effects of meditation as well. One day there will hopefully be research to back up ASMR and fill us in on the science behind it all.
